The Fae

Hand in hand with fairy grace, we will sing and bless this place

Sunset in the Forest

The Fae, or Faeries as they are more commonly known, have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. They are the guardians of the natural world, and they possess a deep and loving connection to humans, as we are children of Mother Nature, along with all other living beings. I have had a connection to these wonderful beings since childhood, and their wisdom, strength and love have been a constant presence in my life.

The Fae are children of Mother Earth, deeply entwined in and devoted to the design of the natural world. There are many different kinds of Fae, occupying different levels in terms of their purpose and grandeur. Connected by what we would perceive as a string of light, the Fae family range from small keepers of plants and flowers, right through to magnificent, celestial spirits at the top of the hierarchy, where their purpose has a bearing on the very design of nature itself.

All fairies are essentially manifestations and protectors of the four elements from which the physical universe is composed: they are sylphs of the air, salamanders of fire, gnomes of the earth, and undines of water. Just as we have physical bodies composed of the four elements, so too do we possess a soul, or spirit body made up of the etheric essence of the same four elements. The Fae have direct access to this, in much the same way as they do with the elements. They can provide us with guidance, wisdom and love, and help us to open our hearts again to the true joys of nature, childhood innocence, and eternal happiness.
